- Previous outbound Telemarketing experience
- Clear & concise phone manner
- A strong desire to achieve results & self motivated
- Team player with a strong customer-orientated focus
- Good time management & organisational skills
- Professional & positive demeanour
- Data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills - fluent English & listening skills
